The Owner

Nicholas Rider has studied at both Ball State University and Taylor University. His computer experience includes:

• 10 Years of Hands-on desktop troubleshooting
• 5 years of Computer Hardware Experience
• 3 years as a Part-time Software Instructor
• 2 years as a Tier II / III Support Agent for a global technology company

He has worked with the following Operating Systems:
